RETURN POLICY

By law, Victor Wine + Spirits can only accept return of goods that are defective in quality. If you have any concerns about your purchase, or received wrong merchandise, please contact 585-398-8186, or EMAIL US within 30 days of delivery. Any wines which are five years or older are purchased at the buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return.
