"From 40-year-old wines, the base of this supreme Blanc de Blancs is 2010, with the rest a combination of ’08 and ’09, the blend aged on its lees for 7 years. 100% Chardonnay with no dosage or MLF, so acidity is extremely high but balanced by toast, yeast, green apple, and lemon aromas. Richer than most Blanc de Blancs due to the long ageing, with a creamy mousse. All about the structure, this is a classic, perfectly crafted champagne."
